A few Granola bars and a can of Diet Coke. I would have gotten a can of Mountain Dew but my building's soda vending machine ran out of it so I took the Diet Coke instead.
Every "normal" breakfast place was so crowded this morning that we ended up having dim sum at Doong Kong Lau (formerly in Honolulu but now in Seattle). We had har gow, hum bao, siu mai, gien doi, shrimp balls and fried shrimp rolls, all washed down with delicious jasmine tea.

Took the family to KJ's in Kaneohe for a "brunch". Hard to beat a New York steak and eggs breakfast for only five bucks. Not the thin, nameless cut most places offer for way more. Mel had the eggs and bacon for around $3.50. Each came with 3 eggs and 2 scoop rice. While we were at it, we ordered the $12 14 pc. fried chicken for dinner and 3 mini bentos at $2 ea. for "snack".
