A cold, pale hot dog, a bag of chips, and a lukewarm bottle of Coke C2 from the cafeteria at Kaiser Moanalua. Yeah, the food sucked, but the company totally rocked.
Nothing to do with lunch but is that your new bundle of Joy! Congratulations! Hope your wife is okay...the baby looks wonderful.
The baby is hungry...we know what he(?) had for lunch (or she).
Black bean chicken and noodles plate lunch from U Choice Drive In with a cup of Mountain Dew while watching last night's Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis while doing the laundry.
Well, the Papa John's has finally opened at UH-Manoa, but I don't think I want to pay $3.50 for a six-inch pepperoni, so will hike on down to 7-Eleven and see what I can find there for today's lunch (if it will stop drizzling long enough for me to get there without being soaked).
A boil-and-eat saimin with scrambled eggs and sliced Tulip, followed by (amazingly enough) an egg and Tulip sandwich. Quick, easy, and cheap.
Tulip. The name doesn't quite roll off the tongue quite as easily as Spam. But I suppose it's still quicker than saying "luncheon meat." (And besides, the word "meat" implies some sort of naturally-occurring content.)
