I've tried and tried to make chicken long rice on my own. I tried recipes from alohaworld and even sam choy but I can't seem to make it correctly! Yes, it should be pretty simple but.....
For some reason, the noodles I have don't get fat so it doesn't have that slippery slurpyness. Is there a certain type of vermicelli I should be using?
