  • Re: What's for lunch - Chapter 9

In honor of the Dia de Muertes celebrations, a couple of chicken soft tacos and a Diet Coke. Sadly, today was also spent thinking about the turmoil that is now engulfing the state of Oaxaca, Mexico (the citizens are demonstrating against the corrupt Governor of their state, and the federalist army has killed at least a dozen people over the last couple of weeks, including an American reporter for Indymedia on Friday).

Boss and I treated ourselves to Beef PHO from Saigon's on Waialae. It was soooo good.

It was a PHO kind of day.

From Subway - 6" Spicy Italian (double meat) with pepperjack cheese, a bottle of Coke, and a really dull meeting. (Okay, I didn't get the last item from Subway...it came with the job.)
