"Americans believe in three freedoms. Freedom of speech; freedom of religion; and the freedom to deny the other two to folks they don`t like.” --Mark Twain
Knowing how much you like to cook, did you make it?
Of course! (It's very simple to make). In Korea, they eat it as a pupu.

Gotta be. My parents' church has an annual bazaar and they always cook up dozens of the veggie/kimchee pancakes. I always buy extra and Mel and I will go somewhere to hide and grine. Wife usually finds us later with guilty grins on our faces.
The last bazaar, they were so busy cooking pancakes, they didn't have enough stoves and fuel to keep up with sales. All them Korean ladies looked at me and asked for volunteers. I turned around to look, there was only Dad rolling on the ground laughing his butt off. Said he told them if they needed more stoves and fuel, I had extras.
Tomato sauce made with sauteed onions, Italian sausage, Italian parsley, basil and oregano from the garden, eggplant chunks from the neighbor's garden, fresh garlic...splash of wine, salt and pepper. Cappelini. One of those feel-good meals.
