Trying to eat a wee bit healthier, so this week, I'm mixing up a bowl of fresh raspberries, blueberries, vanilla yogurt*, and Grape-Nuts each morning. Not really enjoying it yet.
*) Ever noticed that there are at least three common spellings of this word? Yogurt - yoghurt - yogourt
I've seen 'em all on the shelves.
Had been ono for it for awhile; twins had a friend over for a sleepover, hence the inspiration to make it.
Thankfully, I remembered last night to defrost the other half of the Canadian bacon I bought from Costco awhile back (purchased for a previous Benedict splurge!).

For breakfast ??? ukes: lol
hey, my stomach doesn't know how to tell time - it only knows when it wants food! What one chooses to eat for breakfast (or any other meal) is a personal choice. This morning, I has some leftover pasta & a soda. It tasted good & my tummy was content.

So true, Fran...so true! There's no such thing as breakfast-specific foods, afaic! Leftovers always work for me as do omelettes for dinner! This morning I had a chicken/mango sausage wrap...and it was all yum!
