Need info on Kauai Hotels/Rooms

I'm shooting a wedding on Kauai in March, and trying to find a super cheap place to stay that's somewhat decent...

preferably in Kapaa or Princeville area...

I've seen the Kauai Sands and Resort Quest Aloha Beach with good rates.

Any info would be great! i've never been to Kauai yet so i don't know the downlow there

I think i'm going to book Kauai Sands. It seems like a good budget hotel that's in the midst of the action in Kapaa. I don't need a thrill me resort.

only downside to that is its location in the heart of gridlock.

expect to take 20-30 minutes to get into Lihue from that area between 2-5 PM on weekdays, 11 AM-2 PM on Saturdays.

There's a place across the street in Kap'aa from Kojima's market Think it's called blue lagoon run by Brian O'Brian he knows me. There is a Website. The Kauai bus stops right at the Kapa'a community center right next to the place. If you can't find the web site, send me a message.
