OMG...can't believe I neglected to mention the most important and sick piece of dirt we learned about marx yesterday. His laptop computer was "allegedly" () full of child porn. Screw the murder accusation. Take him straight to the firing squad. NOW.

Not I!!! The board of directors that "picked" him was not the board I voted for at the annual meeting. It was the board that then board member, alan marx, hand picked after he alienated the sitting board and got them to resign. And, it was Hawaiiana Management that was pro-marx and anti-owners. Hawaiiana was an enabler. Regardless, the owners eventually prevailed and got rid of all elements of scum.

Oooh, Ron...Kaaawa can thank its lucky stars that Jeanne Bode didn't buy her post-divorce condo in that area, meet marx online then fly him to Hawaii to trip down life's path together, happily ever after! Well, 6 years, anyway! Kaaawa could've ended up with marx! But with our building's overly generous, self-authored, resident manager salary and a few other indiscretions that will remain unmentioned for now, Bode-Marx scored a face lift and other body work out of the deal. Personally, I think it was one of those other indiscretions that paid for all that surgery.

So...the alan marx mug shot mask is currently taped to my big picture window for everyone walking by to see! I hear lots of giggles and responses! A current board member made photocopies of the mask and taped one to the condo office's window. Any type of display is against house rules but no one seems to object, at least for now!

And, LN? The maintenance manager was not considered for the job nor was the person who supposedly passed on the job.

Hawaii First. I heard that the board is keeping a closer eye on that company now that the local owner has sold it to a mainland company.
