Nice, sunny mostly with some winds today.

Yeah, I was soo surprised on today's weather!.

It started out gloomy & cloudy this morning, Then

Sun came out later, & it actually turned out to be

a beautiful day, but much later, I think it only rained for

a little while. Sigh. That's Hawaii Weather for ya!.

It even rains on some days when it is nice & sunny. Sheesh!.

I had snow yesterday and today it's windy as all get out. At least it's sunny and the snow didn't stick.

Ever since the end of winter, we've had the weather (snow in the mountains and rain and wind everywhere else) that we should have had 3 months ago! It was so bad, they were talking drought here in this part of the big blue marble that normally is thought of as being perpetually green. Ski resorts closed down about a month early because there was no snow; now they're reopening because they have feet of the white stuff covering the ground.

We're still not out of the woods yet, but since about 2 weeks ago we've had more precip in a week than the previous month.

We're usually not out of frost danger until after Mother's day.

I officially broke out my sandals this morning-57 when I left the house and it's supposed to get up to 70! Unfortunately there's going to be rain later this week and the temps are getting back down into the 45-65 degree range(average) but I'm enjoying the brief spell of 'Hawai'i Winter' weather while I can!

All I can say about that is....

Thank God & Thank goodness for the later weather
on April 2nd. I trully enjoyed it.

It was sketchy for a moment there, from the morning,
but as later progressed, the weather had gotten better.

I sure do miss weather like those. Nice & sunny,
not to hot, but just right.

On occasions, I don't mind a good rain now & then, just to keep
everything green around us.

I don't mind that is, as long as I am underneath a roof
or in the apartment.
