    3. What would you like your epitaph to be?
    4. What everyday object would be a good amulet for you?
    5. What animal would be a good spirit guide for you, like in Clan of the Cave Bear?

They were, yah? I like them. I hope the fact that immediate answers might not leap to mind won't keep others from giving them a try! Thanks for responding. I love reading others' answers to these things.

[*]What would you like your epitaph to be?

Here lies Kimo, the scourge of H.T.
Bet yer saying; "better him than me".

            1. What would be a good title for your autobiography?

Man..I really don't have a life story worth telling. Unless one wants to read about a farmboy from Hawai'i who left Hawai'i for the mainland for reasons which at the time seemed valid, but in hindsight, I now realize were reasons that time would ultimately take care of, my life has been..well..just plain plain. How much can one say about being a farmboy? Who's really going to want to read that? How about "Watching the Forage Grow in Ka'u"?

            2. What would be a good theme song for whenever you appear onscreen in the movie about your life?

"Charoits of Fire" theme song. Having run 15 marathons in my life, and over 50,000+ miles, it seems fitting. And trite.

            3. What would you like your epitaph to be?

I really don't have any quick comments I want to be remembered by. If I had to pick one, I'm thinking something along the lines of "Buy fresh...buy Hawai'i produce". Not sure where my epitaph will go though...I'm returning to the land from which I was born when my time is up..sprinkle my ashes in Ka'u..maybe in a place like the Punalu'u Black Sand Beach area, please. Or better yet...a Ka'u orange grove, if there are any left by the time I check out!

            4. What everyday object would be a good amulet for you?

A Standing Liberty Quarter, of which millions were produced by the US Mint from 1916-1930.

            5. What animal would be a good spirit guide for you, like in Clan of the Cave Bear?

A cat. Cats are the only "animals" I have any kind of relationship with. Myself and all cats are on the same page and same wavelength. I cannot (or have not learned to) communicate with any other creature. Cats are the only 4 legged beings I trust; sparrows and koleas are the only birds confide in.
