I took pictures of some of the geckos at the State Art Museum earlier this week. I was wondering what the purpose behind the multi-colored geckos were.

eh. didnt see no dog with human face on dat web site.
BUT;
did see dis:
"Waiting for the Interurban was created by artist Richard Beyer, who also sculpted the well-endowed bull and the book-nerd coyote in Ellensburg,"
and I agree; that "well-endowed bull and the book-nerd coyote" is a very good name for a rock band.
You know what else we get in dis town? One statue of Lenin (down da street from Waiting for da Interurban) dat was rescued when the Iron Curtain fell and we also get one humungous troll who get one VW Beetle in one hand dat's under one bridge up da street from dere too. Across da street from Lenin get one rocket dat if you go put one quarter in da box, da buggah go let off steam exhaust. Sometimes public art can be funny...
