Re: No graduation ceremony
When graduation time came in my neighborhood, students wore their caps and gowns and walked like a socially-distanced parade down our street. We gathered on our front porches, played the graduation music from boomboxes, and banged on cooking pots as they proceeded by. It was cool, raised neighborhood pride, and kids who missed partying with their friends got recognition instead from familiar faces in the hood. Nice way all around to deal with stuff.

Every day people walking up and down the street, no mask.
Saw on the news a crowded beach. Looked to be all tourist or military.
Now gooberment, with pressure from the unions, want to open things up.
Wonder if the second wave of the chinese virus is coming???
Ige is a clown but at least we're the least infected State while most red States are clear and present dangers for blowing this virus up worse

Kind of sad.
Many students, families, look froward to it.
I think they should make an exception.
Maybe make it optional.
Even without the ceremony, I'm sure there will be many parties going on.
Are they going to be invaded by the cops??????
