Well, since this matter is in the courts, there is obviously somthing not to kosher about your "Private Schools" policies, and I don't see any other schools with this problem. Yeah, and i guess wanting people to work hard in an equal invironment would be pretty pernicious to youre layback "I need special treatment because i'm hawaiian" way of thinking, how narrow is that?
