One thing I don't like to photograph or publish is grafitti. Publishing graffiti to me only encourages these vermin to create more grafitti. Grafitti is ugly vandalism and illegal.

Good point. At least with the cactus, it can naturally "heal" over this.
With that cactus being located next to a popular Diamond Head break, I take it most of these "vermin" are surfers, and not vermin at all. Just using nature as a canvas. It doesn't offend me, at least. Not nearly as much as a spray-painted concrete underpass wall.
Asuhoru, if you and Mel haven't yet met to talk shop, you should. Mel is an exceptionally good pro photographer, and it's clear from your postings here that you have a good eye. Thanks for sharing.
Asuhoru (your screen name is just too funny lol), I think I can tell where you "stitched" part of that pano shot. It's just a tad to the right of the last building along the Waikiki coastline (I think that's the Sheraton sticking out). You can tell by the difference in the water's ripple surface. Sometimes I find Canon's PhotoStitch software messes up the horizon, so when that happens, I stitch pano's manually in Photoshop using multiple layers and the eraser tool.
Speaking of Waikiki, here's a vintage photo (a rare original) taken on the beach in front of where Duke's Waikiki currently is, looking towards the Royal Hawaiian Hotel...
Just another lazy day of fishing at a Kualoa beach house...
The lion statue in front of the MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip...
Yeah I didn't have time to fix some of the overlaps on that pano. I never tried the Canon Photostitch program though I have it. I swear by Panorama Factory and Photoshop CS3's Photomerge.
I'll post some that I made the other night that I think you all will enjoy.
Anyhoo, thanks. I love my screen name. This is the only forum that made comments about my screen name. In some of the profiles for my name I'd put Yuara Asuhoru. But I figured thats a bit much so I removed em.
