Possibly one of those hand-held shower heads?

Oh, you're probably right. I don't think of them as referred. Our shower
is like a long green glass surfboard about 6 feet long with a bunch of
jets and a hand held thing that attaches on the side. The funny thing is
the plumber who was always so busy taking calls on his cell told Naka's
the wrong measurement of the holes needed for piping and it ended up
to be a $700.00 mistake that he had to eat.

Body sprayers are spray heads or jets built-in the walls of the shower enclosure at various heights, Definitely NOT a "must-have" as you can pretty much get the same effect from a hand-held shower head.
