Yes he does. I just hope he makes reference to his Aunt Petunia in this movie.

I wonder what cameo Stan Lee has in this one? In X3 He and Chris Claremont were neighbors in the beginning shot when Jean showed Charles and Eric her powers. It's always fun to see if I can find Stan in marvel movies.

In the last Fantastic Four movie Stan played the mailman, which was a recurring character in the comics, so more than likey he would play the mailman again and hopefully be invited to the wedding of Sue and Reed.

Re: Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

I saw it this morning at Ward. The good parts were the actors doing their roles. Had enough super hero action, stunts and gadgets to be enjoyable. The bad thing about this movie was how Galactus was portrayed in this movie, it was kind of ho-hum kind of thing and it could be done better.

Personally, would look corny if Galactus is portrayed having a humanoid figure (as in the comic book).

If it had been, then one must ask why the need for a humanoid Herald (aka Silver Surfer) to act as his representative with us Earthlings?

I have to admit, when the Silver Surfer/Galactus trilogy occurred in the original Kirby comic, I was completely awestruck. I even worked as a comic artist myself for a short time, I enjoyed the medium so much.

On one hand I was mildly displeased that Stan didn't reprise his Willy Lumpkin role but on the other hand the role he did play was milked for all the comedy they could do for it.
He actually plays himself as he tries to attend the wedding of Sue and Richard in New York. However he is stopped by the ushers saying that he is not on the list and in the ending credits he is listed as Rejected Wedding Guest.

Finally saw it -- better than the first film. Galactus was a fizzle visually.
