Zontrazeo, 80s island rockers

My old friends from Ka'a'awa, the Carter twins, Scott and Mark, had this hot band going years ago. Never made it big (even here), but the coulda/woulda/shoulda factor sure was true for them, as there wasn't anyone around that could touch them.

Anybody here remember them?

They were the winner of the first 98 Rock's battle of the bands that was held at the 50th State Fair when it was in the Blaisdell parking lot back in 1980. They were also featured on the 98 Rock's "Rocks to Riches" album which featured many local bands. Zontrazio's song on that album was called "Thirteen and Beyond".

At least someone here remembers them! Yeah, they had a few moments here at home, but something always stalled their momentum. Originally called Twin Sin, the brothers are still playing good music. May have a CD out eventually.

Are there any YouTube videos, or do they have a MySpace page ? I'd love to hear local rock bands !

Are you kidding? These country boy's barely know there is an internet. But, you never know what is going to show up on things like youtube, so I'll check it out.
