It some cases you can contact some of the artists directly or through their management. Some of them have myspace pages.

He's on MySpace as well. He has gigs & workshops in California in early February, in fact. Hapa tours the mainland often, Jake Shimabukuro as well.

Unless I missed it, nobody has yet mentioned the extensive concert calendar at this link. Good resource to see who's playing where on the mainland (and here).
Also, there are lots of ways to contact the musicians, but you can start with the telephone directory, as many are listed there for just that reason.

You're certainly welcome. And also, most of the musicians have their own websites, and they almost always include a schedule of their upcoming concerts. Lots of info sources out there.
