Am I like the only person in the country that doesn't watch/like The Office?
I watch a part of a recorded episode about once a year.
I can't take the "train wreck" plots. No matter what story is being told, you know it's going to end badly-- but you'll still have to wait 22 minutes to see just exactly how bad it can be.

I'm hoping that the Ed Helm's character becomes the new boss. Ed Helms was funny in The Hangover. He was a former regular on The Daily Show like Steve Carell.

James Spader plays a poor man's Christopher Walken roles.
Man, I hope not.... While his guest turn in "Search Committee" worked as a stark contrast to the management style of Michael, I don't think it would work in the long run. It might play well as the "bad boss" for a couple episodes, but don't think it will resonate long term.
