I've taken a break from beer and cigarettes since Wed. Oct. 4th.
I feel good and "clearer". My wife has been extra-cuddlely too!

I'm really contemplating a lot of my habits that I still do...the smoking, drinking, etc. just because of the stuff I've learned a lot about genetics in the last few weeks due to both of my parents health.

I get weird based raced things related genetically too... however, keep this on track... glad your getting mor intelligence these days
