Does anybody know where Scott Culbertson (former KGMB sportscaster) is these days?

He's writing, directing and producing various local video/tv productions.
He also works on the production staff of the show Golf Hawaii which airs on the Golf Channel.

I heard him interviewed on a local sports radio show, and he mentioned that he was in a movie called Quarterback Princess. A young Helen Hunt played the title role.

I have that one on tape somewhere, filmed outside of Portland, OR as I recall.

Erika reports the return of Linda Coble to the anchor desk:

Honolulu broadcast news veteran Linda Coble will join the KHON-TV morning news team Monday.

Joining the staff as a guest-co-anchor, she will be working with her husband, Kirk Matthews, as well as on-camera team members Manolo Morales, Jai Cunningham and Trini Kaopuiki.

“This is a great opportunity for our viewers and we are very happy and excited that Linda is coming on board as guest anchor to fill in for Kathy Muneno, while she continues her extended maternity leave,” said Joe McNamara, president and general manager. “We look forward to the new husband-and- wife anchor team.”

Gecko, mahalo, your awesome! I'm registered with them and didnt even think of it.

Also in a previous topic discussed regarding the passing of Harry Endo, he did indeed do local commercials for Territorial Savings during the early 80's as I just found several of them on tape.

From the Seattle Times this afternoon:

                            http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...chison08m.html

Susan was an anchor at Channel 2 way back.

Actually, Channel 4 with Hawkins and Guanzon.

Saw her a couple months back when I was in the Emerald City.

There's something missing in that article. Oh yeah. A current photograph of her would be nice to see of someone who was hott back in da day.
