Boric acid works so well on roaches, fleas, and termites....have you an idea if it's safe on heads?
Boric acid is considered a toxin, especially where pets and children are concerned. It IS effective in controlling ant infestations, but warnings on its use often include placing the powder in areas where it cannot be accessed by humans. Great under sinks, behind washing machines, etc.
I have never seen it recommended as a treatment for lice.
