      that is probably true, but again - what would be the point of enforcing such a clause after the fact? Do they want their fees back? That would make them look really bad. The sponsors have already moved on with new actors in their ads.

        It would depend on his contract, I presume. If there's no applicable clause in his contract then it's probably a moot point. Possibly the advertiser could stop airing the infomercials. Again, depends on the contract.
