Jill Kuramoto is 'da bomb. She real winnaz! She is one of the very few reasons I drag my sorry okole back to the islands year after year, enduring those 11 hour plane rides from New York! Bring her back in the AM, even if I have to put up with Paul Udell!

As for women and their choices, I've always wondered what the local wahine think/thought about that weather guy Ben Gutierrez. I'm not a good judge of male TV personalities, but to me, I don't think he appears to have real outstanding star quality looks about him or attractiveness to the ladies. Is he still on Ch. 4?

BTW, I may not get my daily fix of Jill living where I do, but I am awake early enough in the AM to view Early Today on NBC and enjoy the broadcasts of Kristine Johnson. Oh Lord...she is so sweet!

i'm not much of a tv person so i didn't know about kristine johnson but she does look good, though the picture on nbc's page makes her face look so plastic! i'm sure she's way better looking in person.

525,600 minutes, 525,000 moments so dear. 525,600 minutes - how do you measure, measure a year?

You're on the money there, kapena! Looking at pictures seldom shows the true image. Kinda like trying to compare fresh poi with the frozen stuff that Zippy's sends to the mainland...they looks similar, but it's just not the same.

Kristine is no different. If you want to see her in all of her glorious beauty, you need to watch NBC at 4:30AM, where ever you are at in the US. Early Today is one of those shows with a rolling start time, from time zone to time zone, i.e., it starts at 4:30 AM in New York, 4:30 AM in Chicago, and so on to the 4:30AM start in Honolulu on KHNL Ch.8.

If you are in Hawai'i..hurry!!..you still have time! She'll be on in about a hour and 15 minutes! She's looking really hot today!!

It's no secret at all that Ben couldn't care less about whether he appeals to females. It's a male audience that he seeks.

Same goes for Justin Fujioka @ KITV and Walter Makaula @ KHNL/KFVE.......

Oh man, since I moved back to the mainland I can't believe how good the news ladies are in Honolulu.

Malia Mattoch, met her in person once. She has great eyes is a true thoroughbred (sp?) - nice strong hindquarters.

Stephanie Lum (yum yum) and mos definitely Kualoha Taylor!

Tasha Kobashigawa is nice, but she takes herself way too seriously.

Man, the local news is just not the same out East.

Awww, Kristine Johnson... I thought only I noticed how beautiful this MSNBC anchor is! Although she's not from Hawaii, I'd have to say Kristine truly is one of the best looking female news anchors on television! Perhaps one of the four local news stations can snag her from NYC and offer her an anchor seat in Honolulu! Wishful thinking, ya? Well for Hawaii folks, you don't have to wake up at 4:30 a.m. to catch Kristine on NBC's "Early Today". Just tune in to MSNBC at 11 p.m. each weekday night. She also hosts a show called "First Look".
