1) HT posters who put up trollish loaded-full-of-dung "questions" that are clearly intended just to stir up flame wars, rather than actually learn or discuss or debate something of value.
2) Other HT posters who take their bait, foolishly thinking they might actually convince those in category 1 of any other perspective.
So to those in category 1 to whom I never seem to reply - it's because I don't wish to find myself in category 2 again.
If trolling is wrong, I don't want to be right.
You go trolling through the crowd like Peter Lorre Contemplating a Crime In the Year of the Rat.
Oh, Auntie, that certainly crossed my occasionally dirty mind but I didn't want HTers to know that was my first thought! I shoulda just accepted WB was talkin' dirty and run with it! I'll give ya 24 hours to stop, WB!

That area is a mess right now. I, too, had a driving faux pas last week-end when I tried to make a left turn at that Advertiser intersection where I've turned left many times before. 'Cept, this time, I didn't notice the no left turn sign! Directly behind me, the driver of one of those huge semi construction rigs gently tapped his horn! Thank gawd it was a gentle tap!
That would be me a few days ago coming home from work. I had an episode of road rage.
There's a lot of road improvements going on at Kapolei near the Advertiser building. I usually carpool so I don't know all the lanes very well since I'm not usually driving, but the lanes are uneven and not clearly marked. I made a right turn onto the road leading to the freeway to Honolulu, but because the lanes aren't marked very well, I turned wide and the oncoming car on the left lane honked its horn. So I deliberately turned my head to look at the driver as he came up even to me and gave the driver 'the eye'. Good think I had my sunglasses on because I think it hid my eyes. Anyway, I sped away but the lanes curved so again I took the turn wide and the car honked its horn at me again! I was mad so I made a gesture and sped off.
First of all, I know I am damn lucky that nothing happened. The driver could have been a crazy person that could have chased me, and I thank God that he wasn't. He just continued on his way to the Leeward side. Secondly, I know I was wrong. I think that's why I was mad. I was mad more at myself because I knew better, but I have no idea why I did this. Its not my nature to look for trouble. Must have been the long day at work or something.
So I deeply apologize to the driver. If you read these forums - I am so sorry for being stupid.
