One rumor I heard is that Aerosmith had booked the Hawaii Superferry to move equipment from Maui to Honolulu... figure it out... no Superferry and their first obligation in Hawaii is to play the Toyota convention at Rainbow stadium.

One of my friend's is chaffuering the stars around and some of the stars he mentioned are Goo Goo Dolls and Stevie Nicks as well as Jay Leno and Nicolas Cage.

The Advertiser didn't mention what the compensation might be.

But this MTV report states, that under the state's consumer law, each plaintiff in the case is eligible for up to triple their losses in damages and up to five-thousand dollars if over the age of 62.

So if you know anyone over the age of 62 that bought tickets and wants to join in the suit, I would suggest them to register with http://www.SueAerosmith.com

Well if the suit goes thru you can bet that will be another black eye on doing business in Hawaii.

Pretty soon no major entertainment venue will want to produce a show here because if it cannot be done...they'll be sued! So why even attempt that very possible reality and simply look at another state to play at that won't sue if the lead singer catches the flu.

I'm just getting so fed up with too much activism nowdays. Everybody wants to be compensated for everything that goes wrong in life.

It seems we as a society simply cannot or will not accept the fact that SH*T Happens!
